You’ve probably heard a lot about new workout routines and ways to get fitter and healthier in the new year. Which can be overwhelming especially if you are new to working out. But before you throw in the towel consider starting slowly and simply moving your body Often times when we hear about workouts we think about intense regiments that leave us breathless but sometimes moving your body means a simple stretch in the morning. Or taking afternoon walks. What ever way you decide to move your body this year, it is important to remember that any and all movement, no matter how small is good for your body. Here are some ways we are moving our bodies this year;
